AIEEE (Alien Interplanetary Expedition Expert Explorers) is distributed scavenger hunt where teams of visitors must talk to each other to win. Players take on the role of alien explorers on a mission to Earth to study humans, and may also interact with museum staff who are also in character.
-
Using an app, players are guided through a scavenger hunt and must input the "coordinates" of various artworks to reset the routers and return home. Each team has various restrictions placed on how they communicate with each other, limiting their ability to find the answers to certain puzzles. Thus, collaboration between teams is necessary for successful completion of the game.
